About Globosoft
Globosoft is an ecommerce company, not a general digital agency that also builds stores. Two hubs, Kochi and Dubai, one practice, and a commercial model designed so we grow when our clients do.
We build and grow online stores. That means consultants who read a P&L, designers who understand a category page, engineers who have integrated real ERPs, and marketers whose reports lead with contribution margin.
The practice grew out of retail and distribution work across India and the Gulf, which shaped how we think: stock is finite, COD orders fail, returns are expensive, Arabic is not an afterthought, and a beautiful store that the warehouse cannot serve is a liability.

About the company, before the project.
Two hubs. Kochi, Kerala is the technology and delivery hub covering India. Dubai is the commerce and growth hub covering the UAE and the wider Gulf. Both offices work on the same roadmaps and the same reporting, the split is coverage and time zone, not capability.
Globosoft has been delivering digital work since 2010, with ecommerce as the core practice, and now has more than 60 in-house team members across its Kochi and Dubai offices. Beyond India and the Gulf we have built ecommerce for merchants in Egypt and wider Africa, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France and Australia, including global travel and luggage brands, jewellery, fragrance, grocery and automotive retailers.
