The terms for using globosoft.org. Terms for actual client work live in the signed agreement for that engagement, and that agreement takes precedence over this page.

You may read, print and share these pages for your own business purposes. Please do not copy the site's text, design or code to build a competing offering, and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
Everything here describes services Globosoft provides and how we approach them. Nothing on this site is a contractual offer, a quotation, or a guarantee of a particular result.
Timeframes such as build durations, and ranges such as when performance marketing typically shows a trend, are drawn from past engagements. They describe what is usual, not what is promised. Your project depends on your catalogue, your operations, your market and decisions outside our control.
Any actual engagement is governed by a written proposal and agreement signed by both parties. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins.
This site describes a commercial model where our fee for growth work is an agreed percentage of incremental sales above an agreed baseline. The description is a summary, not the terms.
The baseline, the percentage, the term, what counts as incremental revenue, how returns and failed cash-on-delivery orders are treated, and who pays media spend are all set out in the signed agreement for each engagement. Not every business qualifies for this model, and we may decline it.
Case studies describe work carried out for named clients. Where a performance figure appears, it has been confirmed with that client before publication.
Results described for one client are not a prediction of results for another. Different catalogues, margins, markets and operations produce different outcomes.
Platform, payment gateway, courier, marketplace and software names on this site belong to their respective owners. They appear to describe what we integrate with and build on.
Our Shopify Partner status is stated where relevant and links to the Shopify Partner Directory so it can be verified. Beyond partnerships we disclose, naming a product does not imply that its owner endorses Globosoft.
Availability of individual providers varies by market, licence and merchant eligibility. We confirm the working set for your business during the audit rather than promising it here.
The text, design, layout, code and images on this site belong to Globosoft or are used with permission, except for third-party trademarks noted above.
Work produced for a client under an engagement is dealt with in that engagement's agreement, which normally transfers ownership of the deliverables to the client on payment.
This site links to services operated by others, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google reviews, the Shopify Partner Directory, our regional sites and client storefronts.
We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability. A link is not an endorsement of everything that company does.
