Technology · Integrations & APIs
Every integration works on the happy path. What separates a reliable one is what happens during a timeout, a duplicate webhook, a rate limit or three hours of downtime, because those are guaranteed.
Integrations fail quietly. A webhook is missed, a retry double-posts an order, a rate limit drops an update, and the systems drift apart until someone in operations starts keeping a spreadsheet to compensate.
So we design for it: idempotency keys so retries are safe, durable queues so downtime delays rather than loses, exponential backoff and dead-letter handling, replay tooling for failed messages, and daily reconciliation that compares systems automatically.
We also insist on a written integration contract, which system owns each field, what syncs, how often, and what happens when it fails, because most integration disputes are actually undefined ownership.

Engagement shape
Assessment first, including the possibility that this is not the right platform for you.
Every system, every field and every manual workaround currently compensating for a gap. The workarounds are the real specification.
Ownership, direction, frequency, conflict rules and failure behaviour per flow, agreed before development starts.
Idempotent operations, durable queues, retries with backoff, dead-letter handling and replay tooling from the outset.
Daily comparison across systems with exception reports routed to named owners rather than a shared inbox.
Alerting thresholds and a runbook so your team can diagnose and resolve common cases without escalating.
Why Globosoft
Reasons that hold whichever part of the 360° engagement you start with, and every one of them is something you can check before you commit.
Verified on the Shopify Partner Directory, with more than 100 Shopify ecommerce projects delivered for India, the UAE and beyond. We also build on WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce, OpenCart, headless and fully custom stacks when Shopify is not the right answer.
Consulting, design, engineering, integration and performance marketing report into a single roadmap. No handover gaps between a consultant, a developer and a marketing agency.
The growth engagement is an agreed percentage of the incremental sales we create above a signed baseline, not a recurring retainer that arrives whether you grew or not.
Sixty-plus people in our own offices in Kochi and Dubai, not a subcontracted network. Sixteen years in the industry and more than 400 projects delivered, from first-time startups to international brands, in India, the Gulf, Africa, Europe, North America and Australia.
Globosoft works as a growth partner, not a monthly line item. We agree a baseline, build and market your ecommerce, and take an agreed share of the incremental sales that follow. If your revenue does not move, our fee does not either.
No open-ended monthly fee for the growth engagement. The commercial deal is tied to sales, not to calendar months.
An agreed percentage of the incremental revenue we generate, measured against a baseline we both sign off before work starts.
Everyone in the room is paid by the same number: the revenue and contribution margin your store produces.
Questions
The questions that come up most often in the first conversation.
Usually because ownership was never defined, two systems both believe they own price or stock, and because failure handling was an afterthought. Missed webhooks, unsafe retries and absent reconciliation produce drift that nobody notices until it is significant.
Both, depending on system count and volume. Direct is simpler for two or three systems. Once several systems and sales channels are involved, a queue or integration layer reduces total complexity and makes failures recoverable. We recommend based on your estate rather than a favoured architecture.
Yes, all of these are regular work. Zoho and Dynamics have solid APIs; SAP depends on the version and middleware available; Tally typically needs a connector approach, which we build and monitor. In every case the ERP stays the system of record for price, stock and credit.
The message is retried with backoff, then moved to a dead-letter queue and alerted. Nothing is silently dropped, and every failed message can be replayed once the cause is fixed. Daily reconciliation catches anything that slipped through, and each exception has a named owner rather than sitting in a shared inbox.
