Geepas already sold well on Noon and Amazon.sa, but every one of those orders comes with a marketplace commission. We built the brand its own Arabic and English Shopify store with the full range on it, and we now run its advertising on the website, Noon and Amazon.sa. The goal is to get more of those customers buying direct.
Like most appliance brands in Saudi Arabia, Geepas does a lot of its selling on Noon and Amazon.sa. The marketplaces bring in buyers, but they take a cut of every sale, keep the customer details and decide whose products show up first. When we came in, Geepas was running ads for several brands on both marketplaces, using campaigns set up before our time, and there was no one place to see what that spend was actually returning.
Then there's the range itself. Over 2,000 products between Geepas appliances and Royalford kitchenware, from kettles, fans and air fryers to fridges, laban makers and camping gear. Plenty of shoppers already know the exact model they want, say a GF9488 stand fan, and they decide on price, warranty and whether they can get it serviced nearby. So the store had to read properly in Arabic, take mada cards, and make the nearest service centre in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam as easy to find as the checkout.
Geepas now has a proper store of its own in Saudi Arabia, in Arabic and English, with the full Geepas and Royalford range on it. One team looks after the website, Noon and Amazon.sa, so marketplace ads and website sales are planned together. The work is ongoing, and the number we're watching is how much of Geepas's business moves onto its own website over the coming months.

Questions
Questions brands selling in Saudi Arabia usually ask us.
Saudi Arabia. That meant more than changing the currency and translating the text. The store is Arabic-first with right-to-left layout, prices in SAR, takes mada, lets people search by model number and shows where to get products serviced across the Kingdom.
Yes. We manage ads on Noon and Amazon.sa, including Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts, and report on them alongside your own store, so you see all three channels in one report.
Every marketplace order costs you a commission, and the customer belongs to the marketplace, not to you. Your own store keeps that margin and builds a customer list you can sell to again. We don't suggest leaving Noon or Amazon. We just judge them on profit as well as sales.
Yes. We design for both languages from the start, including right-to-left layouts and Arabic content, instead of putting a translation on top of an English site. Several of our Gulf stores run in both languages.
The store build is a fixed-price project. For the ongoing work (marketing, marketplace ads, content and optimisation), we'd rather take a percentage of the sales we help create than charge a monthly retainer.
Doing well on Noon or Amazon.sa, but your own website isn't pulling its weight? We build or fix the store and run the ads across all of it with one team. Start with a free audit, or just a conversation about where your sales come from.
